We charge per person we process for, so as your employee numbers increase or
decrease, the costs adjust accordingly.

We are compliant with the POPI Act and client data security and confidentiality is
of the utmost importance. We have stringent mechanisms in place to ensure no data breaches occur.

Outsourcing?
iData has been in business in its current form for 28 years, but has been in
existence for over 50. Many of our staff have been with us for over 25 years, guaranteeing continuity
and experience.
Compliance Do you deal with any SARS queries?
Yes, we reconcile and submit via e-Filing on your behalf. If there are any queries,
we deal with SARS directly as we are legally liable.
Industries Is your payroll service industry specific?
No. We have clients across all industries, so we understand the varying
requirements for different sectors.
Compliance My industry is governed by a bargaining council. Are you
familiar with their requirements?
Yes. We deal with all Bargaining Councils such as MIBCO, MIBFA, MEIBC, BIBC,
NBCRFLI, etc.
Flexibility Our business is seasonal, staff numbers vary. Can you
assist?
Yes. We handle seasonal payrolls, e.g. Wine farms where numbers increase during
harvest and decrease after. We manage engagements and terminations as required.
Payslips Does your service include employee payslips?
Yes. Options include: Printed sealed payslips delivered to your premises,
electronic payslips via email directly to each employee's inbox, or WhatsApp payslips sent to employee
mobiles.
Contracts What is the length of your contract?
Our contract is 12 months. After this, 30 days’ notice is required should you wish to exit the
agreement.
Trust Do you have many long-term clients?
Yes. Many clients have been with us for over 20 years. Our oldest client has been
with us for around 34 years. References available on request.
